Software, not advice. HardPoint is trading software. Nothing on this site or in the product is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You choose your risk settings and which accounts each strategy trades, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Risk. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Backtested performance. Performance figures shown on this site are backtested, meaning they are produced by applying a strategy’s rules to historical price data rather than by trading a live account. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they benefit from hindsight, they do not reflect the pressure of live execution, and they cannot fully account for order fills, slippage, or every cost you would incur. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve comparable results.

Purchases. Access to HardPoint is sold through Whop (whop.com). Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the plan terms shown on the Whop listing at the time of purchase and by Whop’s terms of service.

Acceptable use. Access is for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the trading systems, your private server credentials, or member content is not permitted and may result in termination of access.

Third-party platforms. HardPoint runs on NinjaTrader, hosted on a private cloud server, and includes Pine Script strategies for TradingView. Your use of NinjaTrader, TradingView, and any third-party automation tools is governed by their own terms; HardPoint is not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader or TradingView.
